Sloppy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
5-6 skinless boneless chicken breastLarge can of cream of chicken soup1 cup of sour creamEnough water (whatever the box calls for)2 boxes of Chicken Stuffing Mix (not prepared)
Directions
Spray Crockpot w/ PAM spray, Place frozen chicken breasts in CP, add the can of soup (DO NOT ADD WATER) and cook on low 6-8 hours.
When chicken is completely cooked shred w/ 2 forks.
Cook Stuffing as directed on packages (omitting the margarine/butter).
Add the cooked stuffing to the shredded chicken mixture and stir well. Then add 1 cup of sour cream and stir well.
I serve this w/ green beans and corn.
