Banana Oatmeal Bake

2 c Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats1 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon, ground2 md. Banana, fresh (1 mashed, 1 sliced)2 large Egg white1-1/2 c Milk, 1%1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 TB Molasses
Combine all dry ingredients, set aside.
In smaller bowl mash one banana; add in egg whites milk and vanilla extract; stir.
Add wet ingredients to dry; stir to combine. Mix in sliced banana.
Pour mixture into greased 8x8 baker.
Drizzle molasses over top; cover with foil and bake at 375 for 25-30 min. Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes.
