Basil Chicken

Ingredients
4 8 oz chicken breasts1/3 cup melted butter or margarine1/2 cup softened butter or margarine1/3 cup minced basil1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese1/8 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Coat the chicken breasts in a mixture of; 3/4 tsp of pepper, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 1/4 cup chopped basil.

Grill the chicken on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side

Whip remaining butter, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
And coat cooked chicken breasts.

Serve with pasta, rice, or couscous.
