Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Safflower Oil1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1/4 cup balsamic vinegar2 Tablespoons water2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard1 Tablespoon Agave1 garlic clove, mincedBasil fresh or dried, to taste or 1/2 tsp dried basilThyme fresh or dried, to taste or 1/4 tsp dried thymeSalt, to tasteWhite Pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix with immersible blender. Store in fridge.

Mango balsamic vinegar - excellent
Robert Rothschild Raspberry Honey Mustard - excellent
I like this made with just basil, no thyme.
