Turkey Texas Hash

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey (93/7)3 Medium Onions, sliced1 Large Green Pepper, chopped1 16 oz Can Petite Diced Tomatoes1/2 C Whole Grain Brown Rice, uncooked1 T Chili Powder2 t Salt1/8 t Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large skillet, cook and stir ground turkey, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat.

Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole.

Cover casserole and bake 1 hour.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings approximately 1 cup each.
