2 lbs beef round steak1/3 cup flour1 tsp paprika1/4 cup oil1 3/4 cup sm froz onions1 can cream of chicken soup1 can waterSauce:1 can cream of chicken soup1 cup sour cream
Coat round steak with mixture of flour and paprika. pound into steak, cut meat into 2 inch cubes. brown meat in hot oil Transfer into large casserole, add onions. Combine 1 can chicken
soup with 1 can of water Bring to boil, pour over meat. Bake @ 350 degrees until meat is tender. Top with 16 butter crumb dumplings. Increase temperature of oven to 425 degrees bake 20 to 25
minutes until golden brown. Serve with sauce made by heating cream of chicken soup with sour cream just to boiling
