Ingredients
8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (mini bocconcini)* 12 jumbo black olives 1 (7.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained12 grape tomatoes 12 slices turkey pepperoni12 wooden skewersOptional: Bibb lettuce for serving platter
Directions
Thread two balls of mozzarella, one olive, one artichoke piece, one tomato and one slice on pepperoni on each skewer.
Arrange on a platter with (optional) Bibb lettuce.
