P3 Zucchini Lasagne

1 lb 97% lean ground beef, browned and drained4 long green zucchini, thinly sliced length-wise 1 15-oz carton Nancy's Cottage Cheese2 jars Classico Roasted Garlic spaghetti sauce1 lb Mozzarela cheese, grated11/2 tsp oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef, drain very well. Put into large bowl. Add all ingredients except zucchini and 3/4 cup grated cheese.
Place zucchini in strips to cover bottom of 9x13 pan.
Cover with sauce mixture.
Add another layer of zucchini strips to cover sauce.
Cover with remainder of the sauce.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Cover with foil. Bake in 375 degree oven for 60 minutes.
Allow to sit for 30 - 45 minutes to set, then cut into 12 pieces.
