Rick's Sausage Skillet

Ingredients
3/4 lb whole wheat pasta1 lb italian turkey sausagefresh basil, minced2 cloves garlic, minced1 medium yellow onion, diced1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced1 package frozen spinach1 package fresh mushrooms, diced or sliced2 cans diced tomatoes1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
Directions
Boil pasta.
Meanwhile, brown sausage. Add onion, pepper, garlic, spinach, and basil. Drain pasta, add to sausage mixture. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms, and broth. Simmer with lid on for 5 minutes. Stir, remove lid, and simmer for another 15.

Serving Size: Makes 6 generous servings! (purely estimated, makes a huge pot)
