Healthy banana muffins - Dairy free, Fat free

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (you can use whole wheat)2 tsp. baking powder1/2 cup flax meal (groud flax seeds, can be replaced or mixed with chia meal)1tbsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. ground nutmeg1 tsp. salt5 bananas medium size1/2 cup brown sugar, packed1 egg (you can skip this ingredient for vegan muffins)1 tsp vanilla1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk, or soy milk)
Directions
Preheat oven at 375

Mix all dry ingredients

Mash bananas
Add brown sugar, vanilla and mix
Add the egg and mix well

Add dry ingredients in banana mix, alternate with milk until everything is blended.

Pour mixture into muffin pan.

Cook 18-25 minutes.
Ready when inderted toothpick comes out clean :)
