Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp honey
    3 tbsp hazelnut-flavoured syrup (the kind used for specialty coffee)
    1 tbsp hot water
    4 fl. oz (4 shots) fresh espresso
    14 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, heated until steaming (but not boiling)
    1/4 tsp rosewater (optional)
    pinch salt

Directions

In a tall mug, whisk together the honey, hazelnut syrup, hot water and espresso.
Stream in the hot milk, whisking well, then stir in the rosewater and salt.
Serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes one (20-oz) drink
