Ingredients
500g Matjesfilet in oil (drained)500g apples (with skin)1 cup onion sliced300g greek yogurt 3.5%150g smetana 10%500g potatoes
Directions
drain Matjes filets and cut in small pieces
cut apples in small pieces
slice onion into rings
add yogurt and smetana
let it sit for minimum 3 hours in the fridge

boil potatoes in their skinn, peal and serve hot with the salas
