Introduction

Put crackers in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin or soup can till they are powder. Crumb size depends on preference. I happen to like powder. Add the mayo and mix well. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Consistency should be like runny oatmeal. Add the tuna last. After mixing everything together, let sit in the fridge for at least an hour for the tastes to mingle together. Ingredients

    30 oz of Tuna in water (6 small cans)
    5 TBSP of Fat Free Mayo (this is about 2/3 to 3/4 of a jar of mayo
    1 sleeve of Ritz crackers (if it turns out too runny, add more crackers)
    1/4 cup or 2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic
    1 TBSP of salt
    3 TBSP of pepper

    Salt and pepper is up to personal taste though
