i always hustle to catch up my proteins, with this one i fill this hole now and than ;o) 1 serving in some cucumber or bell pepper ... it also fits good in your veggie and fruit serving tracker ;o)
i use the canned peas and the lettuce to have a healthy amount liquid in the food.

    2 boiled Eggs
    50 gr canned peas
    20 gr chopped Onions
    20 gr chopped lettuce
    15 gr chopped celery
    1 dash parsley, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash table blend
    30 gr low fat / light mayonaise
