Ingredients

Pink Salmon - Double "Q" - 1 can drained
Bread Crumbs Plain -Progresso - .5 cup
Bread Crumbs Italian Style - Progress - .25 cup
Egg whites - 2 servings
Onion, Small - Chopped (optional)
Directions
Drain salmon, add chopped onion, 6 Tbs egg whites, and bread crumbs. Mix thouroughly, then shape into 10 patties. Fry in small amount of oil or non-stick pan spray until golden on both sides. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas (or your favorite vegetable).
