Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 large eggs, hard boiled1 1/2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish1 T fat-free Miracle Whip1 T mustard
Directions
Chop eggs as desired, making dices as large or small as you prefer. Stir in relish, mustard and Miracle Whip. Serve on toast or whole wheat light bread. Can also be served over a bed of greens.

*For a "deviled egg" taste, omit the relish and add a sprinkle of paprika.
