German Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal ground in blender1/2 cup chopped dates1/2 cup water2 scoops of whey protein1 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup coconut2 tbs coconut oil
Directions
Grind Oatmeal in Blender until fine cornmeal texture. Chop pecans.
Mix ingredients thoroughly, add water to achieve a moist consistency, but not too sticky. Place on a 9x12 cooking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and chill. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy. Best stored in refrigerator.
