Simple Sweet & Sour Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 22 oz*Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 1 cup *Bell Pepper, Red - 1 Cup, Chopped, 1 cup *House of Tsang Sweet & Sour Stir-fry sauce, 8 tbsp Soybean Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop chicken and pepper into cubes. Drain pineapple. High heat to 1 tb oil in wok, then add chicken for 2.5 min. Add pepper and pineapple, stirring until pepper is a tender consistency and water boils off. Add sweet and sour sauce and bring to heat.
