3 tbsp olive oil2 lbs chicken breasts cut into strips1 egg plant2 zucchini cut into slices1 onion chopped1.5 tsp basil1.5 oregano2 cloves garlic chopped1 can disced tomatoeds1 can tomato sauce1 refrigrated pie dough1 tbl butter
heat oven to 400 deg. Spray 2 at casserole with cooking spray. Heat 1 tbs oil in skillet and cook chicken with pepper. Remove from shillet after about 4 min. Add 1 tbs oil, and cook vegetables unil tender.Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Heat to boiling, add chicken back tio skillet. Spoon into casserole,
Remove pie crust from pouch unroll. brust with butter and spinkle with basil and oregano. Cut into irregular shapes. Arrange on top of casserole and bake 35-40n minutes.
