1 kg. lean beef (all fat trimmed off) cubed1 kg. white potatoes cubed500 grs. carrots chopped300 grs. green beans2 cans diced tomatoes4 fresh tomatoes chopped300 grs. celery4 cups water2 bay leaves1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce2 tbsp. steak sauce2 cloves of minced garlic2 tbsp. oreganosalt and pepper to taste(adjust spices based on personal preference)
Put everything into crock pot with 4 cups of water. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours.
