Vegan Eggplant Lasagna

Ingredients
Eggplant, fresh, Use 2 medium or 1 large*Tofutti Better Than Ricotta Cheese, 2 cup Go Veggie Cheese Alternative Mozzarella Flavor, 8 serving Randi's Sweet Tomato Sauce, 4 serving or jarred sauce will doBasil, 1 tbsp Boca Ground Meatless Burger, 1 serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Slice eggplant in rounds roughly .25 inch thick and sautee in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put some sauce in bottom of tray then eggplant, ricotta, mozzarella, and meatless crumbles. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
