Ingredients
1.75 cup All-Purpose Flour, Gluten-Free - Bob's Red Mill0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt3 tsp Baking Powder4-6 tbsp Butter1 cup Milk
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
2. Sift together the dry ingredients into a large bowl
3. Cut in the butter
4. Make a well in the centre and add in 1 cup of milk, all at once.
5. Stir until the dough is fairly free of the sides of the bowl and looks well mixed.
6. Drop from a spoon on to an ungreased sheet
7. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
