Max's turkey meatballs

Ingredients
3 lb ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped fine2 cloves garlic, chopped fine2 small stalks celery, chopped1 medium carrot, chopped2 large eggs1.5 cups ricotta cheese2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp Parmesan cheese2 tsp cyanne pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp paprica0.5 tsp red pepper flakesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Knead until smooth. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the meatballs are brown.

Serving Size: makes 24 large meatballs or 32 medium meatballs
