Joe's White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 2 Cans (10 oz) White Chunk Chicken- 6 Cups Cooked White Beans- 2 Cans (14.5 oz) Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes- 12 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth- 2 Onions (Chopped)- 1 Green Pepper (Chopped)- 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)- 4 tsp Chili Powder- 2 tsp Ground Cumin- 2 Cayenne Peppers
Directions
1. Add Chicken, Beans, Tomatoes, & Chicken Broth to a pan.

2. Simmer over Medium Heat.

3. Add Onions, Green Peppers, & Garlic to a separate pan & saute for 3-5 minutes.

4. Add the mixture to the pot.

5. Stir in Chili Powder, Cumin, Oregano, Cayenne Pepper & simmer for 10 minutes until veggies are soft.
