1lb lean ground beef1md yellow onion3 md carrots3 md cellery stalks1 (15.5oz) can red kidney beans1 (15.5oz) can white kidney beans32oz beef stock2 (28oz) cans diced tomatoes ( I prefer Cento)1 (20oz) jar pasta sauce ( I prefer Prego Taditional)oreganoblack pepperparsleytabascoParmesan for garnish (optional)
1)brown the ground beef stovetop.
2)chop the carrots, onions and cellery
3)drain the red and white kidney beans
4) add all ingredients to slow cooker
5) cook on HIGH 4-5hrs or LOW 7-8hrs
