Ingredients
.75 lb ground chuck2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup.5 c Red Wine4c White Rice (cooked)1.5c sour cream2c fresh mushroom pieces
Directions
Cook rice as directed
In large fry pan brown hamburger
Add mushrooms to hamburger and brown
Add soup, wine, sour cream and heat
Serve over rice
