Ingredients:*Cumin seed, 50 tbsp Cardamom, ground, 15 tbsp *clove, whole, 15 serving *Ground Cinamon, 20 tsp *Black Pepper, 20 tbsp *Cayenne Pepper - Ground, 20 tbsp *Red chilli, 25 gram(s) *Coriander seed, 25 tbspKala Namak - Black Salt, 15 tbsp *Canola Oil, 10 tbsp
Directions
Roast everything seperate in a pot with 1 or 2 tbsp. of oil. Let it cool down than grind all seperate in grinder like powder, use fine strainer to strain it like powder mix them all up and add black salt to taste.
