Healthy Beef Stroganoff

5 oz beef steak cut into thin strips1 small onion50g mushrooms1tbs olive oil 1tsp garlic1floz whiskey30g natural low fat yoghurt
Boil rice in water.
Fry off steak, mushrooms, onion and garlic in olive oil (4/5 minutes). Add whiskey and let it boil (2/3 minutes). Take off the heat and stir in yoghurt.
Serve on a bed of boiled rice, and garnish with herbs.
