Artichoke Spinach Chicken

Ingredients
2 T olive oil1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast12 oz. frozen artichoke hearts16 oz, frozen spinach, thawed and drained1.5 c pasta sauce (I use a puttanesca sauce)
Directions
Cube chicken breast. Sauté in olive oil in a large heavy skillet. When browned, add artichokes and spinach; stir and cook five minutes. Add sauce; simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 approximately 1.5 cup servings.
