Ingredients
95 grams Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix with Millded Flax Seed25 grams Growing Naturals Yellow Pea Protein - Vanilla Blast(Hint: the measure of the protein powder and baking mix should equal one cup)3/4 Cup Unsweetened Original Flavor Almond Milk1 Egg1 TBSP Olive Oil1 TBSP Organic HoneyDash Almond ExtractDash Vanilla Extract1 Small Banana - sliced1/4 Cup Blueberries
Directions
-Place Gluten Free Pancake mix and Protein Powder in bowl
-Add almond milk, egg, oil, and honey. Mix until blended.
-Drop 1/4 cup portions onto hot griddle. Sprinkle with blueberries and banana slices.
-Flip once edges of pancakes begin to appear cooked and bubbles form on uncooked side.
-Cook for a few more minutes and serve.
