Ingredients
Boneless chicken breastMushroomsbaby corn(canned)peas,soy saucerice
Directions
Cook the boneless chicken breast either eon the grill or in the oven for 20 min on 350.
chop and sauté the mushrooms
cook the rice
when the chicken is done let cool for 5 minutes,then chop up in cubes.
When all done mix together, and serve in a bowl, with Soy Sauce on the side
