Veggie Stirfry

Ingredients
Zucchini, 1 cup slicedGreen pepper, 1 sliced in stripsred onion, 1/2 cup slicedasparagus, 5 spears, cut in chunksbaby carrots, cut in chunksolive oil, 2Tcilantro, fresh choppedgarlic powder, S&P
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add peppers and onions. Cook for 5 min. Add asparagus, carrots and zucchini. Saute. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put lid on pan and cook until veggies are crisp-tender. Garnish with fresh cilantro.\
Makes 2 main course servings or 4 side dish
