Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk4 oz lowfat mozzarella cheese4 tbsp cardio light butter1 cup cauliflower3 cups mashed cooked potatoessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes until almost done; add cauliflower for the last 5 min of boiling. Put in food processor with other ingredients--cuz who wants to hand-mash potatoes!!!!
