Apple Strudel Muffin

4 cups, flour2 tsp, baking powder1 tsp, baking soda1 tsp, salt1 tsp, cinnamon1/2 tsp, nutmeg1 cup, butter1 cup, white sugar1 cup, brown sugar4 eggs1.5 cups, apple, shredded1.5 cups, apple, cubed 1/3 cup, brown sugar1 tbsp, flour1 tsp, cinnamon2 tbsp, butter
Mix first six ingredients in bowl.
In separate bowl, cream next 4 ingredients.
Add apples to creamed mixture
Slowly add dry mix to creamed mixture until completely mixed.
Scoop into greased/lined muffin tins
Mix last 4 ingredients together until crumbly
Sprinkle on top and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
