Mandy's egg cassarole

Ingredients
6 slices of whole wheat bread 6 eggsmonterrey jack shredded cheese 1 cupbell peppers 1 tomato 2 cups milk salt pepper just enough to taste
Directions
break up slices of bread into a 9 x 13 pan with pam cooking spray.
spread shredded cheese
cut bell peppers and tomato
mix milk and eggs with salt and pepper to taste
pour egg mixture on top of veggies , bread, and cheese
bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
