Crab and Spinach Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Garlic, 1 clove Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Tomato Sauce, 1.875 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato, 1.8 cup*Better than Bouillon-No Chicken, 2 tspWater, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz)Alcohol, Wine Red (Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon), 4 oz Bumble Bee White Crabmeat, 1/4 cup/56g, 3 ozSpinach - Dole Baby Spinach, 2 oz
Directions
Saute garlic/celery in olive oil until soft. Add can of tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, broth. Bring to simmer. Add spices of your choice. When simmering, add crab meat to heat through. Turn off heat, add spinach to wilt.
