Mexican Turkey Breakfast

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced1 red bell pepper, diced1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1~ lb lean ground turkey (1 package)seasonings, to taste(chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt)
Directions
1. Saute onion in olive oil until translucent.
2. Add bell pepper. Saute until soft.
3. Add turkey and brown.
4. Add seasonings. Mix thoroughly.
5. Enjoy!

P.S. Don't forget to add your choice of egg on top. However, calories for the egg need to be counted separately.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings, top with egg (fried, sunny side up, etc.)
