Ingredients
Chicken Drumsticks 5Nonfat Yogurt 1/2 cupLemon Juice 1 TbspGinger & Garlic Paste 2 TspRed Chili Powder/ Cayenne Pepper 1 TspTurmeric Powder 1/4 TspSalt 1 Tsp or to tasteGaram Masala or Tandoori Chicken Masala Powder 1 TbspOil 1/4 Cup
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in yogurt and add chicken. Marinade for an hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Place the Chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake at 350 for 45 mins. on center rack. Set the oven to broil on low heat and bring the pan to the top rack and broil for 15 mins. or until golden brown tossing in between using a tong.
