1/2 cup balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons white wine or chicken broth2 tablespoons Dijon mustard2 tablespoons honey5 garlic cloves, minced1 tablespoon olive oil8 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano
Combine vinegar, wine or broth, mustard, honey, garlic and oil in a saucepan. Bring to boil, cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened
Place salmon skin side down on a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon glaze over salmon; top with oregano.
