Frittata with zuccini, asparagus and bacon

Heat oven to 350F (use top element)4 slices bacon, cut into small pieces1 small zuccini, diced6 spears asparagus, diced5 button mushrooms, sliced6 large eggs1/3 cup plain greek yogurt1 tsp sirracha hot sauce1 tsp Mrs Dash garlic & herb seasoning1/4 tsp Nutmeg1 3/4 oz sharp cheddar2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
- (Use oven safe frying pan) Fry bacon until crisp, add mushrooms and zuccini and saute for 2 minutes, add asparagus and saute 1 minute.
- Beat eggs, yogurt, hot sauce, and seasonings together until well blended and pour over cooked bacon and vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat
-Sprinkle cilantro and cheddar over top of egg mixture and bake in oven for 10 - 15 minutes until puffed up and beginning to turn golden brown on top.
