Better Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1 stick, softened Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed 2 EggsWhole Wheat Flour, 1 & 3/4 cup Flax Seed, Hodgson Milled Flax Seed, 4 tbsp Raisins, 3/4 cup (not packed) Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1 cupBaking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Post Raisin Bran Cereal, 1 cup Baker's Flaked sweetened 4 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring, 1 tsp.
Directions
Combine butter, applesauce, brown sugar and Splenda. Cream together with mixer on medium speed. Add eggs, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients by hand until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes or at 325 in convection oven.

Serving Size: makes 64 cookies if using a level tablespoon or #50 cookie scoop
