Ingredients
1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded1/2 cup diced red onion1/2 cup diced apple2/3 cup grapes, halved1/3 cup dried cranberries1/4 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, or more, to taste1/2 teaspoon garlic powderKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, red onion, apple, grapes, dried cranberries or currants, sliced almonds, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve sandwiches on ciabatta bread with chicken mixture.
