Chocolate Nut Truffle

Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond Coconut Milk2 scoops Naturade Whey Protein2 tablespoons PB212 tablespoons Carob Chips1/2 cup raw Walnuts1/2 cup raw Pecans12 tablespoons fresh frozen coconut
Directions
Mix milk, protein powder, PB2, and carob chips together and heat for 1 minute in microwave. Stir to a smooth consistency. Add Chia Seeds and nuts, pour out on a parchment lined pan and refrigerate until firm. While chilling, toast coconut lightly just to remove water. Remove, chocolate mixture from refrigerator and roll into 30 small balls roll in coconut and chill again.
