Momma's Potato Salad

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedCelery, raw, .25 cup, dicedPickle Relish, .25 cupPotato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 8 tbspBaby Carrots, raw, 6 largeYellow Mustard, 0.15 cup
Directions
Diced Potatoes in chunks and boil in a large pot for 15-20 minutes, do not allow them to cook until mushy. Make sure they are still firm.

Drain potatoes in a collander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the potatoes down a bit.

Transfer potatoes into a large bowl and mix finely chopped onion, finely chopped celery, shredded carrot, sweet pickled relish (or dill, if you prefer), 8 Tablespoons of Light Miracle Whip, & .15 - .20 of a cup of yellow mustard.

Mix thoroughly and either serve immediately or chill until you are ready to serve.
