Gluten Free Drop Biscuits

1 cup "Gluten Free Starch Flour Blend" (search on Spark Recipes)1 cup "Gluten Free Bean & Starch Flour Blend" (search on Spark Recipes)1 TBS Baking Powder2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. salt6 TBS butter1 cup whole milk
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a baking sheet.
2. Mix together dry ingredients. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients, until crumbles are about the size of peas. (Large pockets of fat in biscuit dough make flaky biscuits.)
3. Stir in the milk to form a batter.
4. Divide dough into 6 portions and drop onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, until the biscuits are golden.
