Kelly's Peachy Oatmeal Bake (modified)

Ingredients
1 can sliced Peaches in pear juice, drained1/2 TB cinnamon1-1/2 c Whole Grain Oatmeal1/3 c dark brown sugar 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1 egg white1 c nonfat Milk 1 t baking powder1/4 t salt
Directions
Spray 8x8 baker with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 325

Arrange peaches in bottom of baker. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.

In medium size bowl, mix remaining ingredients together and spread over peaches.

Bake for 25-30 min.
