1 1/2 cups Blanched Almond flour3/4 cup Arrowroot powder1/4 c golden flax-seed meal1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp baking soda4 eggs1 tsp agave nectar or honey
Combine Almond flour, arrow root and baking powder, flax-seed, and baking soda in large bowl.
Whip eggs until frothy, stir in agave and vinager into the eggs.
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Put in well greased 7.5 X 3.5 magic loaf pan.
Bake at 350 F for 35-40 min or until tooth pick comes out clean.
