Thai Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1 table spoon coconut oil4 cloves garlic finely chopped5 slices ginger root finely chopped1 tsp Better than Bullion chicken1 cup water1 can Coconut Milk1 small can chopped green chiles1 tbls Red Thai curry paste1 cup mushrooms1 cup chopped cabbageSriracha to taste
Directions
saute garlic in coconut oil a minute or two. Add ginger root and better than bullion and water.
Add Coconut milk, chilies, curry paste, mushrooms, cabbage, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, add Sriracha to taste and enjoy!
