Zesty Crockpot Chicken & Vegetables

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs )approx. 1 1/2 lbs.)1 large zucchini, chopped2 medium yellow squash, chopped8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced1 medium green pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped8 oz. baby carrots, halved1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions
Chop all vegetables. Add chicken to crock pot first then vegetables. Pour canned tomatoes on top and add seasonings. Cook on high for 2 hours then reduce temperature to low and cook for another 6 hours, stirring vegetables occasionally, without disturbing chicken.
