Ingredients
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil2 cans organic black beans, drained and rinsed2 Tbs Salsa Lizano (a Costa Rican product)1/2 small red onion sliced paper thin2 Tbs cilantro, minced
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add beans and salsa. Finish by topping with raw onion and cilantro. Serve warm.
